Step 1: Hourly Onboarding (Only at the Start)
During the first few weeks, we’ll work closely with you to:

- Clean up any backlog or disorganized records
We charge hourly only during this initial phase, so you’re only paying for the time we spend bringing your finances into shape.
Step 2: Customized Flat-Rate Plan
Once we’ve completed onboarding and have a clear picture of your business, we’ll recommend a fixed monthly rate tailored to:
- The services you need
- The time we typically spend on your account
- The complexity of your operations (including multi-state activity)
This monthly plan includes:
- Ongoing bookkeeping & reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Business tax filings & planning
- Unlimited support — no extra fees for questions or emails
- Financial reporting & strategy check-ins
