About Avancé Accounting
Founded in 2016 in Anchorage, Alaska, Avancé Accounting was established with a clear mission: to help small business owners advance, grow, and succeed. Drawing on my experience as an Auditor, I quickly recognized the challenges many businesses face in managing their finances and the difference that skilled support can make. For many small business owners, having the right person on their team to guide them through financial management can mean the difference between just getting by and thriving.
My primary goal is to reduce the administrative burden on clients, freeing them to focus their time and energy on the work that truly drives their success. I created Avancé Accounting to be more than just an accounting service—we are here to be a reliable and knowledgeable partner.
One of the core inspirations behind Avancé Accounting was to bridge a gap I saw in my community, particularly for Hispanic business owners who may face language barriers when navigating complex financial requirements. With my own heritage as a source of pride, I’m passionate about supporting Hispanic entrepreneurs in their journey to growth and prosperity.

I am a Public Accountant who graduated from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, Mexico, in 2021, with five years of professional experience in accounting and tax-related services. My expertise includes general accounting, bank reconciliations, tax calculations, tax compliance, electronic invoicing, payroll processing, and the preparation of provisional and annual tax returns for individuals and businesses. I have experience using QuickBooks, CONTPAQi, and Aspel, as well as electronic banking systems and tax authority platforms. I am detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy and continuous professional development. Outside of accounting, I am passionate about American football and serve as a coach at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, where I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

My name is Mariana Valles Hernández. I am currently in the sixth semester of my Accounting degree at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. I consider myself a person who continues to learn and grow through the experiences I have every day.
I have had the opportunity to work at a jewelry store, where I gained experience in sales and customer service. I working with the team as an accounting assistant and bookkeeper.
One of my main goals is to finish my degree, grow professionally, and achieve everything I set my mind to in order to have a good future.
I enjoy spending time with my pets and sharing special moments with the people I love.

Hi! My name is Andre Molina. I’m currently in my eighth semester of Financial Management at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH), and I’m also studying Accounting at UMOV. I have professional experience in accounting, payroll, and financial auditing. I consider myself a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial person with a passion for business, finance, and developing new ideas. I enjoy learning new things, taking on challenges, and looking for opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I always strive to do my best, add value to the people around me, and continue developing the skills I need to achieve my goals.
